Tritax Group is a specialist real assets manager focused on industrial and logistics real estate across the United Kingdom. Over about three decades, it has developed products that give investors access to opportunities in the supply chain—from warehousing to last-mile delivery—and to related infrastructure such as data centres and power facilities. With around £9 billion of assets under management, the group oversees the FTSE-listed Tritax Big Box REIT and private market vehicles for institutional and professional investors, aiming to generate income and capital growth across different risk profiles with ESG considerations integrated throughout the investment lifecycle. It is backed by Aberdeen, a global asset manager.
The company is headquartered in London. In June 2026, Tritax Group announced a development management agreement to deliver a 125-megawatt data centre scheme in Chelmsford, Essex, subject to planning permission.
