TriCore Reference Laboratories is a community-based, independent clinical reference laboratory based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It offers a broad menu of laboratory testing—more than 2,900 tests—from routine screens to highly specialized genetic testing—serving health care professionals and their patients with clients in New Mexico and across the United States. The lab engages in scientific research through collaborations with the University of New Mexico and other biotech firms, highlighting its involvement in both diagnostic work and scientific study. 

In December 2024, TriCore launched MyTriCore, a direct-to-consumer testing service. The organization operates as a mid-sized employer within the hospitals and health care sector, serving as a diagnostic partner across a broad geographic market.
