TreeFrog Therapeutics is a French biotechnology company focused on regenerative medicine, aiming to broaden access to cell therapies for millions of patients. Based in Pessac in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, the company is developing a pipeline of stem-cell–based therapies using a proprietary platform that enables scalable production of induced pluripotent stem cells and differentiation into ready-to-transplant microtissues. Its lead program is in Parkinson's disease, reflecting a focus on neurodegenerative conditions. The organization brings together biophysicists, cell biologists and bioproduction engineers to advance its programs. In 2022 it opened a technology hub in Boston to promote the adoption of its platform and to pursue co-development partnerships with academic, biotech and industry players in the cell-therapy field. In May 2026, TreeFrog Therapeutics Japan KK participated in the World Parkinson's Conference and announced it would present new preclinical data on its lead candidate, TFG-001.
