Community partnerships Touchstone Theatre has active collaborations with local educational and non-profit organizations (e.g., CIU 20 partnership to support students with emotional, social, and behavioral needs), presenting sales opportunities in outreach programs, educational workshops, and collaborative productions.

Education programs Strong focus on youth and playwright education (20th Annual Young Playwrights' Festival, collaborations with schools) suggests potential for school partnerships, ticketed student events, and after-school or summer programs.

Leadership transition Recent management changes with a longtime managing director departure may create openings for consultants, interim leadership services, fundraising campaigns, and expansion planning support to stabilize and grow operations.

Accessibility initiative History of accessibility efforts (audio description and open captions through partnerships) indicates opportunities to offer or scale accessibility services, sponsorships, or bundled broadcasts to improve inclusion and reach.

Financially accessible programming Nonprofit theatre with revenue under $1M and a relatively small staff presents a need for cost-effective technology, sponsorships, and grant-backed partnerships to scale productions, marketing, and digital presence.
