Tinker's Creek Watershed Partners is a small nonprofit environmental services organization established in 2006 to protect and restore the water quality and habitats of the Tinker's Creek watershed through community partnerships. The watershed covers 96.4 square miles and is the largest tributary to the Cuyahoga River, spanning 24 communities across Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, and Geauga counties. The organization is governed by a volunteer board of 15 members with expertise in stormwater management, environmental education, engineering, natural resources conservation, planning, and economic development, while day-to-day operations are carried out by a watershed coordinator supported by the board. TCWP offers services to community members through Community Memberships, which enable ongoing watershed protection and planning support and include help with NPDES compliance and education on stormwater, flooding, and related issues. A notable recent development is the November 2025 partnership with NEORSD to pursue science-driven work to improve stream habitat, reconnect waterways, and support healthy aquatic communities. The organization is based in Twinsburg, Ohio, and operates as a small nonprofit focused on the regional watershed.
