Experience a fun and interactive way to build camaraderie at your office with a private Throwback event (in-person and virtual options available!).

At our Field Day, Virtual Recess, and Office Color War events, participants work with their teammates to achieve a common goal like winning a game of capture the flag, answering pop culture-related trivia games or solving puzzles. The activities are highly customizable and designed to fit all levels and age groups. It’s recess for everyone!

Our roots are as a fitness studio in New York City. And while clients have the option to incorporate our old-school workout vibes into their event, we have dozens of non-athletic activities that are fun for all.
