Since 1980, Ernie and Michael Thesman have been actively involved in the development and management of resort communities in Arizona, Florida, Nevada and New Mexico. They have developed and managed 10 communities with 4,772 home sites and homes. Communities are primarily active 55+, with two all-age properties in Albuquerque. Each property offers luxury amenities and pre-owned homes for sale. Rentals are also available in select states. The mission of the company is to provide affordable, quality housing in a resort setting, thus offering residents the opportunity to live a lifestyle they may have never dreamed possible. In 1991 Thesman Communities developed their own line of unique custom-built “Palmas Homes”. Palmas Homes offer energy efficiency, lower maintenance costs, unique floor plans and the best value for the consumer's housing dollar.
