Therapeutic Intervention Services, PLLC was founded in January 2013 by Adreanna Bartholome Spears, Psy.D., Lili Lutgens, LCSW, and Laura Young, Psy.D. The owners have provided mental and behavioral health services for over 20 years in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, residential programs, forensic facilities and community based programs. Prior to creating Therapeutic Intervention Services, each of the founders worked with participants within the Kentucky Supports for Community Living (SCL) and Michelle P Waiver programs for many years.

Therapeutic Intervention Services provides mental health, behavioral support, and nutritional services throughout Kentucky to adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In addition to clinical services, the agency also provides direct care services through Community Living Supports, Community Access, Personal Assistance, and Person Centered Coaching programs. 

Therapeutic Intervention Services is committed to promoting community inclusion and enhanced quality of life through the provision of consistently high-quality, person-centered services to all persons served.
