The Safe + Fair Food Company develops food products designed for people with food allergies, aiming to provide safe options at fair prices with clean ingredients. Three percent of proceeds support allergy and asthma research at the Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy and Asthma Research at Stanford University. Based in Chicago in the Midwest, the company grew out of the founders' desire to address the frustrations their kids Abby and Remy faced with nut allergies. In 2018 the company launched a line of popcorn quinoa chips in three flavors: olive oil and sea salt, sweet and salty kettle, and sweet sriracha.
