Designed & led the implementation of a new M&A process, advised on the successful acquisition of a French target, and project-managed the post-acquisition integration.
2. Led the integration of 3 US subsidiaries into a brand new 100,000 sq. ft site, managing the construction and build out in 5 months, managing the multi-million dollar project on time and on budget.
3. The Operating Partners have led value creation initiatives across most sectors, in public and private companies, driving operational excellence & M&A strategies.
