The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative (NewBoCo) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in the New Bohemia district of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

Through initiatives such as the Iowa Startup Accelerator and a range of other complementary programs, NewBoCo helps launch and grow high-impact startups that choose to build and scale in the region.

The organization also cultivates world-class technical and creative talent by delivering innovative educational programs for both youth and adults, while partnering with forward-thinking companies to drive corporate innovation, develop new products, and attract top talent.

By strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem and expanding access to technology education, NewBoCo is committed to generating meaningful economic and social impact, both locally and globally. 

Since 2014, its programs have grown dramatically, helping hundreds of startups launch and scale while also enabling thousands of young people to learn coding and digital skills that will open doors to more career opportunities.
