The Felix Project is a London-based non-profit focused on reducing food waste and food poverty by reallocating surplus fresh food to charities and schools that provide hot meals and food parcels. It collects surplus from retailers and wholesalers, sorts it in depots, and delivers it free of charge to a network that includes community kitchens, shelters, and food banks. The operation relies on a small core staff supported by a large base of volunteers and a fleet of electric vans to collect food from suppliers and deliver to around 1,000 recipient organizations. Volunteer hours translate into meals being delivered, and donations support the rescue of surplus food.

Based in London, England, the organization sits within the non-profit sector dedicated to tackling both waste and poverty through a straightforward redistribution approach. In 2026 it broadened its collaborations with partners such as Howdens Joinery Ltd, the Mears Foundation, and the Yorkshire Building Society Group, signaling ongoing support for its food redistribution programs.
