The Contents Specialists is a group of highly trained and practiced professionals, who specialize in handling personal property affected by Fire, Water, Smoke or Mold. Insurance companies, hospitals, commercial buildings, home-owners associations and property management companies utilize our expertise when they need the Contents of a property professionally analyzed for environmental damages, documented and inventoried to ensure all items are accounted for, and handled appropriately and professionally packaged, transported and securely stored. If items were damaged due to the environmental influences, our trained technicians will analyze items for potential repair or restoration capabilities and perform the correct procedures according to loss type, contents type and damage severity. If the items are non-salvageable or cannot be returned to pre-loss condition, they will be inventoried on the Total Loss Inventory list for further valuation, depreciation and compensation, provided by the insurance carrier.
