The Connection Practice is a wellness and fitness services organization based in Gilroy, California. It aims to cultivate a social and emotional skill set that supports more connected interactions and the transmission of this capability to the next generation. The approach is implemented through coaches and trainers certified by Rasur Foundation International and is being applied in schools, businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based communities as BePeace.

The method began in Costa Rica, where it was introduced in public schools in 2004, with about 1,500 teachers trained and nearly 40,000 students impacted. Since 2010, the Foundations Course has been offered at the University for Peace, and the network now includes certified coaches and trainers across multiple countries, including the United States, Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Japan, New Zealand, and Puerto Rico.
