The Center for Children and Families is a nonprofit organization in the mental health care sector, based in Billings, Montana. It began in 2008 under the name Second Chance Homes and later merged with Arrowhead Psychological Services, forming a network of community agencies focused on protecting children, securing permanency, and strengthening families. The organization provides a range of services intended to support child safety and well being, including sober supportive housing, family stabilization, family preservation and reunification, foster youth services, mental health services, and access to needed resources through community collaboration programs. Its work targets children and families in need, and it partners with other service providers to deliver coordinated supports. In November 2022, Radio People partnered with The Center for Children and Families to provide gifts for children in less fortunate circumstances.
