The Arecibo Observatory takes pride in having a diverse workforce and an inclusive environment.  We have a team that proudly wears the AO colors every day. We have over 100 full-time staff members and over 10 countries represented (Puerto Rico, USA, Brazil, Spain, Finland, Germany, Sri Lanka, India, and Italy).  We have a range of tenure from 1 to more than 40 years with us!
