TerraCotta Properties is a women owned Residential Design-Build team focusing on the integration of customized architectural and interior designs with progressive construction methods. We are based in Decatur, GA and operate throughout the Atlanta Metro area for the intown, single family residential market. We are structured as a vertical and cross-integrated design and construction company that can deliver rapid response between architecture, interiors, landscape and construction methods. This type of production system allows for highly customized homes with precision detailing and above-par construction quality at market rate values. Our business model starts with the premise that our clients fully embrace the value of personalized design and high-quality construction and expect the entire process to be expertly handled by a capable and professional team working towards a unified goal.
