Tender Loving Canines Assistance Dogs (TLCAD) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of transforming lives with service dogs. We train and place service dogs with wounded warriors, individuals with autism, and as facility dogs. Our dogs are trained by prison inmates and incarcerated youth using positive reinforcement training. TLCAD is an Assistance Dogs International accredited organization. TLCAD partners with individuals, correctional facilities and dog rescue organizations to train service dogs.
