Diversified Communications TelSouth is a small to mid-size telecommunications integrator focusing on voice, data, and video surveillance installations with NEC Authorized Diamond status, indicating a specialized vendor relationship that could be leveraged for bundled security and network solutions.

SMB Focused Scale With 11-50 employees and revenue in the 1M to 10M range, TelSouth targets small to mid-market opportunities where managed services, VOIP deployment, and network integration can be upsold to existing customers and cross-sold with security offerings.

Tech-Driven Services Existing tech stack and focus on VOIP, data networks, and surveillance installations suggest opportunities to propose managed IT and unified communications packages, as well as cloud services via Microsoft 365.

Strategic Partnerships NEC Diamond distributor status signals potential for joint marketing, preference in NEC product lines, and access to partner-enabled incentives that can unlock competitive differentiators when pitching to local businesses.

Growth Pathways Despite modest scope, TelSouth’s market position aligns with large regional carriers and enterprise competitors; identify expansion opportunities in small business clusters, multi-site deployments, and integrated security with network infrastructure to drive larger project opportunities.
