Tech Force National is a nationwide field technician network and technical support center. We provide a wide range of technical services for security, dish, communications, home automation, cable, utility, and other similar industries. We are licensed and located in 40+ states, but also have a team of mobile project technicians able to deploy based on need. Our field services include servicing existing customers, new customer installations, system and cell swap projects, and nationwide account transition projects for both residential and small businesses. Our in house call center services include scheduling, technician support, customer technical support, customer service, project coordination, and other requested call center support functions based on our company's needs. All of our field technicians and call center agents are Tech Force employees and are hired through stages of multiple interviews, background checks, motor vehicle history checks, drug tests, and are properly licensed based on the local regulations before allowed to work.
