Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is a private, nonprofit, community-based health system serving a 22-county area across North Florida and South Georgia. Founded in 1948 and based in Tallahassee, it is the largest private employer in the city and a regional provider of advanced care. The system centers on a 772-bed acute care hospital that includes a Level II Trauma Center, Primary Stroke Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care, and Pediatric Intensive Care, along with highly developed programs in cancer, heart and vascular care, orthopedics, and surgery. In addition to the hospital, TMH operates a psychiatric hospital, several specialty centers, four residency programs, and about 50 affiliated physician practices. As a regional leader in health services, the organization coordinates a network designed to deliver comprehensive care across its service area. In May 2026, TMH announced a strategic supply chain partnership with Inspirity Health Partners.
