TALENT4CHANGE, is a movement to re-unite "The Village!" A social impact 501(c3) that provides a platform for community members to utilize their best talent for change. We do this by collaborating with community members to develop their passion into an initiative that will provide others with avenues for positive development. We work with community members to develop initiatives that address their community needs. Our aim is to turn these initiatives into ongoing programs that provide jobs to passionate community members that empower them to build up their community from within. Our current initiatives are: *Seedlings EAT (Garden and Culinary) *ELEVATED Poetry (Creative Writing via Poetry) *Stylist Boost (Hairstyling, Clothing & Backpacks) *The Talent Catalog (Arts & Ent. Resource) *Seeing the Stars (Youth Arts & Ent. Discovery) *& soon many other programs designed to help all involved become more confident, resourceful, & self-sufficient. *Seedlings EAT, a farm-to-table garden and culinary program focused on mentoring our youth while guiding them through the entire farm-to-table experience; from how to grow and harvest their own food, to how to prepare and cook their own meals. Through this initiative we aim to empower our youth to become more resourceful and self-sufficient. Youth are introduced to a variety of writing exercises to guide them through the process of writing poetry followed by the introduction to many different poetry styles to recite their poetry.
