We founded Talent Strategy Partners because we believe in the power of organizational culture to drive business results.  Our passion is charting companies’ long-term success by discovering and reinforcing existing corporate culture strengths and helping to change cultural norms that have impeded corporate performance.  Research shows that culture significantly impacts the performance of a company, and our mission is to help each client create a game plan to ensure a robust culture that supports the business strategy.

We impact culture through Talent Management - Employee and Manager Development, Leadership Development, Succession Planning and Performance Management - all aligned with the culture and integrated with one another by customized behavioral competency models.

Our mission spurs us to continually be more efficient and better at what we do.  And that has driven us to develop tools, such as our competency database and performance management design technology.  The flagship of our toolkit is Culture Engine™, a web-based technology that looks at culture through the lens of organization effectiveness, analyzing current vs. desired culture and designing initiatives to move toward the desired culture.  Based on the Competing Values Framework, named one of the 50 most important models in the history of business, TSP’s methodology provides a rich analysis of culture and indicates specific solutions to drive better business performance – quickly and efficiently.
