Sweetwater Authority is a publicly owned water utility serving about 200,000 residents in National City, Bonita, and western and central Chula Vista, California. It manages a portfolio of water infrastructure including Loveland Reservoir, Sweetwater Reservoir, a brackish groundwater desalination facility, and freshwater wells.
