Sunset International Trade, L.L.C. is a mid-sized furniture and home furnishings manufacturer based in Paterson, New Jersey, founded in 2001. The company combines the scale and resources of a larger organization with the service-oriented approach of a smaller business, supported by Boydak Holding, a major Turkish industrial group with a broad international footprint. Through its Istikbal line, the partnership backs products designed for multifunctional living, notably sleeper sofas.

Istikbal sleepers integrate sit, store, and sleep functions through a proprietary Click-Clack mechanism that conceals components without sacrificing style. The seating and sleeping components are built with quality springs and foam, reflecting a commitment to durable comfort, alongside a mission focused on ethical business practices and customer satisfaction in the U.S.
