Sunbeam Properties is a real estate developer and manager that operates Miramar Park of Commerce, a light industrial park campus in Southwest Broward County, Florida. The park fronts the Florida Turnpike and is located in Miramar, equidistant from Fort Lauderdale and Miami, just east of the Red Road Interchange. Since breaking ground in 1984, Sunbeam has built Miramar Park of Commerce into South Florida’s largest locally owned and managed business park, offering more than five million square feet of space spanning offices, laboratories, pharmacy, light manufacturing and distribution. 

The park hosts tenants from over 170 national and international companies, creating a substantial, multi-tenant ecosystem and a sizable workforce. It provides opportunities for new flex and office space, corporate build-to-suits, and a limited supply of second-generation spaces to accommodate growth. In 2021, Sunbeam announced leadership changes, including appointment of Ryan Goggins as Vice President of Acquisitions, Leasing and Marketing, reflecting ongoing activity in acquisitions and leasing.
