The Student International Business Council (SIBC) is a student-led organization based at Notre Dame in Indiana that facilitates interactions between its members and internationally recognized firms and organizations. It supports experiential learning through more than 60 academic projects each semester across five functional divisions: accounting, consulting, finance, marketing, and STEM, as well as case competitions and international internships. Founded in 1989 as a global forum within the business college, SIBC has grown to become the campus's largest student-run organization, attracting nearly 3,000 members from the University of Notre Dame, Holy Cross College, and St. Mary's College. The organization serves students seeking practical international business exposure, complementing traditional coursework with real-world projects and internships. It maintains international partnerships with institutions such as Peking University, Unicamp, and the University of Oxford to broaden opportunities for its members and support overseas internships.
