Stormont Hospitality Group, LLC is a real estate-focused developer that specializes in full-service, turnkey projects for luxury and first-class hotels, conference centers, and resort properties. Based in the Atlanta area, the firm operates on a scale typical of boutique real estate developers, collaborating with partners to plan and deliver hospitality assets. Its work targets hotel owners, operators, and investors seeking development and execution of high-end properties in the Southeast, with the aim of delivering integrated hotel and conference experiences. A notable recent development includes a proposed 264-room Margaritaville Resort at Newport on the Levee, announced in 2023 as part of a partnership with North American Properties. The company has been active in forming collaborations and ventures through AMS Hospitality, a joint initiative with The Allen Morris Company established in 2020 to pursue hotel acquisitions and development in the region.
