Our goal is to provide quality legal services and otherwise assist clients and their employees with those legal concerns and decisions that are encountered in estate planning, areas unique to the elderly, special needs trusts, probate, commercial real estate transactions, residential real estate transactions, lending and equipment leasing transactions.

We work closely with clients to identify and analyze all aspects of a concern, and to provide practical solutions that ease the resolution of these concerns. We include in all of our services planning, drafting of documents and agreements, review of documentation utilized, advance planning, title review and title company negotiation, and appearance in court or before administrative agencies as appropriate.

Our firm does very little in the way of outside advertising. Our clients come to us through their personal knowledge of us and our abilities, or are referred to us by other professionals, and current and satisfied clients. The satisfying relationship we have with clients and the positive results we have achieved on behalf of our clients have been reflected in the development of our firm over the years.
