St Vincent’s Hospice is a charitable organisation at the heart of the community, offering specialist care and services to all those affected by life limiting illness.

The Hospice multi disciplinary team works in partnership with members of both the acute and primary care teams to provide skilled knowledge and support to patients and their families.

Care is promoted in a friendly and supportive atmosphere to patients, families and carers, both during and after the illness in times of bereavement.
