Its mission is to educate priests and lay leaders for ministry within the Armenian Church in North America, preparing clergy to meet spiritual and socio-cultural challenges. The institution has directly produced more than 50 priests, including four bishops, and has educated thousands of youth conference alumni who have impacted many communities. The seminary maintains a small faculty with two professors and seven adjunct instructors, covering fields such as liturgical theology, sacred music, spirituality, liturgical practicum, Armenian Church patristics, homiletics, the New Testament, and Armenian language study. It is governed by a board of directors, with the Primate of the Eastern Diocese serving as president and the Primate of the Western Diocese as vice president, and is supported by a dean and various part-time staff.
