St Luke’s Hospice is here for you from the moment you receive a diagnosis of a life-limiting or life-changing condition. Serving a population of 300,000 adults across Cheshire, we offer a range of professional care and support services from our Hospice in Winsford, including complementary therapies, counselling, lymphoedema, family support and end of life care. We are always investing in new services in line with our patients needs, and at the start of 2022 introduced 'Hospice at Home' which sees our nurses providing care for people in the comfort of their own homes. St Luke's opened in 1988 and has provided care and support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year ever since. We have no strict visiting hours and all of our services are provided free of charge. We receive less than 15% of our funding from the Government, which means we have to rely on the kindness of local people and local businesses to raise the rest - in the region of £3M. Local business support is key to our future - whether it's through staff fundraising, corporate volunteering, sponsoring our events, donating gifts or services or making regular financial contributions.
