Growth Potential Medium-sized design services firm with revenue between $50M-$100M and a multi-discipline in-house engineering team presents opportunities to upsell integrated building systems design, energy efficiency upgrades, and scalable engineering services to existing clients and new developers in mid-market projects.

Public Sector Tie‑ins Recent collaboration with a municipal entity (City of Chesterfield) for a public art foundation project signals openness to government or public works engagements, suggesting targeted outreach to city municipalities, cultural projects, and public infrastructure initiatives.

Key Personnel Engagement Project leadership is concentrated under a principal who remains personally involved in each project, indicating sales strategy should emphasize long‑term relationship building with senior principals, offering concierge account management and ongoing design optimization services.

Technical Capabilities Broad in‑house expertise across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection, plus cloud and analytics tech stack (AWS, Snowplow, Piwik PRO, iCIMS) enabling data‑driven decisions and BIM/MEP coordination to win complex, code‑compliant projects.

Expansion Readiness Recent personnel growth history and partnerships show capability to scale for larger project scopes and multi‑discipline teams; target opportunities include larger commercial, mixed‑use, and government‑facilitated developments seeking integrated engineering partners.
