Sports City is located 1 mile off Interstate I-195 in Farmingdale, NJ (behind Howell Ice Arena). The facility is 40,000 sq. feet of turf, in a climate controlled building which is available for all sports. With 40' ceilings and the ability to have full infield, batting and bull pen workouts. The facility is ready to host clinics, camps, and leagues for baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse, football, field hockey and more. We have a fully functional concession stand, rooms to host any type of birthday party- sporty or princess, or your next corporate event. Inside the facility is Extreme Speed School that focuses on providing top level sports performance training for individuals, as well as teams and organizations. The school is staffed by certified Extreme Speed School coaches, many with division I playing experience.
