SPIN ARTIST PHIL LEE and DARRYL MANUEL Phil Lee, who has directed and edited spots for McDonalds, State Farm, Coors Light; and Darryl Manuel, the award winning commercial producer whose successes includes the NFL Super Bowl’s ‘Most Popular Spot’ for Budlight formed SPIN ARTIST to pursue corporate media partnerships. Spin Artist has completed several promos for the Aspire Network, TV One Network and served as producers on the TV One movie “The Fright Night Files.” They also directed and edited content for the US Army Office of Recruitment, HP, Coca-Cola and Voyr.com which featured Kanye West and Jay Z’s "Watch the Throne" concert tour. Phil Lee is a well rounded director with a strong creative vision. He has worked with NBA great Magic Johnson, MLB All-Star Albert Puljos, PG&E and Grammy Award winning musicians Charles Jenkins and Doug E Fresh. As an editor, Phil has worked on projects for Verizon, Bud Light, AT&T, and Illinois Lottery along with music videos including Jussie Smollett of “Empire” to name a few. He also edited the features "Oneweek" and "Redrum" that can be found on Netflix or at Redbox. Executive Producer Darryl Manuel boasts several awards to his resume including a Cannes ‘Bronze Lion’ Award. The Ad Producer veteran is best noted for being part of the team that brought Hip Hop to the ad biz producing spots for Sprite that featured Hip Hop icons like KRS 1, Kriss Cross, Tribe Called Quest, Pete Roc & CL Smooth and Nas. He has produced national television commercials for major ad agencies like Carol H. Williams, DDB, FCB and Burrell. Lee and Manuel’s combined 20-years of successfully enhancing and creating content has penetrated consumer segments throughout the world.
