Spices Inc is a bulk wholesale supplier of spices, chiles, and seasoning blends. Our sweet spot is small food businesses ranging from independent spice stores and specialty food shops to restaurants, small-batch food manufacturers, craft distillers, and microbreweries. We're well-versed in solving some of their biggest challenges with our expertise in maximizing their tight inventory turns, providing them with a wide selection of in-demand seasonings, and hitting their tight production schedules. As a result, our customers often refer to us as partners rather than just suppliers. Our success has been fueled by our commitment to ship almost 99% of all orders received by 3:30 pm ET the same day (M - F). In addition, each product goes through a minimum of five quality checks before shipping out the door. This focus on service has led to just under 90% of all orders coming from repeat customers. This is only possible due to our associates' fanatical customer service-driven focus. We consider them to be our single most important asset. In addition, paying significant time and energy to build our culture has resulted in a meager turnover rate. We prefer to develop our people rather than constantly hiring and training replacement associates at low wages.
