Southwest Chicago Christian Schools is a Chicago-area network of Christ-centered educational institutions with a long-standing tradition as a parent-run program. Grounded in Reformed Christian faith, the schools aim to integrate faith with academics and to challenge students to develop their gifts in service to God. The network serves more than 1,100 students across three campuses: Oak Lawn (Preschool–8th grade), Tinley Park (K–8), and Palos Heights (Chicago Christian High School). Its programs combine core academic subjects with Bible study, as well as art, music, computer, and physical education, along with co-curricular activities; the high school adds classes in business and technology. Based in Palos Heights, Illinois, the organization operates across the Chicago region with a mid-sized staff. The three-campus system offers a complete K–12 education and emphasizes a broad curricular program. A notable recent development is the appointment of Mark A. Hamstra as superintendent for Southwest Chicago Christian Schools and Chicago Christian High School, effective for the 2023–24 school year.
