The Southern Chester County Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit member organization based in West Grove, Pennsylvania, serving southern Chester County. It aims to support its members through advocacy, opportunities for business growth, sustainable economic development, and partnerships with associations, businesses, and other organizations to improve quality of life. The chamber's service area stretches from Chadds Ford to the state borders with Delaware and Maryland, encompassing 18 municipalities and three school districts in a semi-rural region known for mushroom production.

Its mission is to promote business and economic development in the region by offering relevant programming and educational opportunities and by providing channels for communication among appointed and elected officials and regional business leaders, all while fostering a sense of community. The organization serves member businesses and regional groups, helping them address growth and community needs. A concrete recent development is the 2023 ribbon-cutting event for the relocation of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union Kennett Square Branch to 891 E. Baltimore Pike, illustrating the chamber's role in facilitating local partnerships and activities.
