Rural infrastructure funding SERCAP operates across seven southeastern states and has a track record of upgrading water and wastewater systems for small rural communities, presenting a clear opportunity to position related infrastructure financing and project management solutions to similar rural utilities.

Small business lending Recent activity indicates SERCAP is developing a Small Business Loan Product by layering federal and state funds (including USDA programs), suggesting a potential sales path for fintech platforms, loan origination tooling, and compliance systems tailored to blended grant-loan models.

Tech and platforms SERCAP’s tech stack spans cloud services, CRM and applicant tracking, digital marketing, and payment processing (AWS, iCIMS, Drupal/Joomla, Google Workspace, Stripe), signaling openness to partnerships that streamline grants management, donor engagement, and nonprofit digital operations.

Funding and grants With revenue in the mid six-figure to seven-figure range and a history of grants, loans, and USDA funding, SERCAP represents a strong candidate for grant administration platforms, financial analytics, and audit-ready reporting tools aimed at compliance and scalability.

Partnership and growth Active collaborations with state housing agencies and local planning districts, plus a history of fundraising campaigns and board tours, indicate fertile ground for consulting, capacity-building services, and program expansion support aimed at scaling rural development initiatives.
