SLB Capturi is a joint venture between SLB and Aker formed to advance carbon capture and decarbonization. It combines Aker Carbon Capture’s development work with SLB’s global reach and project-execution experience. Its portfolio includes Just Catch, a modular and cost-efficient line of pre-engineered capture plants; Big Catch, a tailored solution for large emissions; and Just Catch Offshore for offshore installations, targeting industries such as cement, waste-to-energy, gas-to-power, and biogenic emissions. Industrial-scale plants such as Brevik CCS in Norway and Twence CCU in the Netherlands demonstrate real-world deployment and progress toward Net Zero. Based in Lysaker, Akershus, Norway, SLB Capturi operates as a mid-sized player in environmental services, focusing on industrial-scale carbon capture. In October 2025, it announced a memorandum of understanding with JGC Holdings Corporation to explore collaboration on post-combustion carbon capture technologies.
