Sionna is an independent, employee-owned investment management firm established in 2002 by Kim Shannon. The firm oversees assets on behalf of its institutional and private clients.  Using a disciplined value-investing process, Sionna's fundamental research identifies quality companies that are available at attractive valuations.  

Sionna has always been privately owned by the firm’s senior employees and is committed to remaining independent. 

Sionna believes that stocks are mispriced because of human behaviour – not the true condition of the company. The firm actively seeks underappreciated or overlooked companies that trade for significantly less than their true value.  Sionna assesses the value and quality of individual companies from the bottom up. The firm opportunistically invests in good businesses when they are temporarily undervalued and identifies candidates through comprehensive fundamental analysis by:
