SinuSys Corp. is a medical device company located in Palo Alto, California, focused on developing therapies to improve sinus health. Its first product, the Vent-Os Sinus Dilation System, is intended to resolve sinusitis symptoms through a two-step interventional procedure. The system uses a small, low-pressure, self-expanding insert to gradually dilate the maxillary ostia, designed for patient tolerability in an office setting under local anesthesia. The device uses an osmotic mechanism that expands with the body's mucosal fluids before removal, and the procedure allows the patient to relocate to the waiting room between insertion and removal. The company has 2–10 employees and operates in the medical equipment manufacturing sector.
