Singley Construction Company, Inc./Singley Environmental & Remediation Services is a small business is actively involved in oilfield, environmental, forestry and general construction providing safe, quality services to these industries since 1972. SCC is an Immediate Response Contractor approved by the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality.

SERS provides assistance to environmental consulting and engineering firms utilizing state of the art equipment as well as experienced, certified and trained personnel for all site investigation needs. SERS is a licensed drilling contractor in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee capable of providing direct push, monitor, recovery and soil vapor extraction well installations for site assessment and site remediation.

SERS also provides a wide range of remedial services to address site specific requirements and changing "cleanup" guidelines.  SERS is a licensed contractor in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi and Tennessee.  SERS remedial services include, but are not limited to: excavation/transportation/disposal of impacted materials; installation of treatment systems (dual phase, soil vapor extraction, oil/water separators); ORC/HRC enhancement; underground storage tank removal; waste characterization, manifesting and disposal.
