SingleSource Property Solutions, LLC is an independently owned national service provider to many of the nation’s largest loan servicing entities. We provide integrated mortgage services and property management solutions. Our wide range of product and service offerings can be summarized by 5 main lines of business: Valuations, REO Asset Management, Field Services, Title and Settlement, and Document Management.
