Singapore National Eye Centre (SNEC) operates as the designated national centre within Singapore's public sector healthcare network, coordinating the delivery of specialized ophthalmic services with a focus on education and research. It serves as a hub for advanced eye care, training, and clinical collaboration, with branches and affiliated clinics listed on its website. Located in the Central Region of Singapore, SNEC functions within the public health system and collaborates with the Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI), the national institute for ophthalmic and vision research. 
It was designated as a World Health Organization collaborating centre in November 2023. In 2026, SNEC and SERI announced a strategic research collaboration with Formosa Pharmaceuticals to develop next-generation ophthalmic formulations.
