Sigma Capital Group pioneered Single-Family Build-to-Rent (BTR) in the UK and is the sector's leading platform, delivering high-quality rental homes for families across the major conurbations of the country. We create new communities through the provision of well-located, professionally managed family housing for rent - addressing a critical need in the UK's private rented sector. Our homes are situated close to quality education and key transport infrastructure, a focus that continues to resonate strongly with the economically active families we serve. Sigma has a long heritage in regeneration and housing delivery, with a track record of more than 13,000 homes brought forward across the UK. To date, we have created over £2.7 billion of homes and investment for global investors across multiple investment structures, with these assets generating over £200 million in estimated rental value (ERV). Sigma itself owns and manages 4,500 homes, representing more than £1.1 billion of investment and over £72 million in ERV - giving us genuine operational scale across the country. In total, we have executed more than 198 transactions across 168 housing sites nationwide. Our model is built on long-standing partnerships with institutional investors, housebuilders, and local authorities - a combination that delivers a secure, asset-backed income stream while providing scale and value for our funding partners. This approach has enabled us to materially increase the pace at which new rental homes are delivered to communities that need them. Sigma is also the architect and creator of The PRS REIT plc. Launched in 2017, it was the first quoted Real Estate Investment Trust dedicated to the private rented sector - listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and a FTSE 250 constituent, with over £1.1 billion of assets and more than 5,500 homes at the point of its sale in December 2025.
