Regional Expansion Sierra Construction operates across the Pacific Northwest with a main office in Woodinville and regional offices in Tacoma and Portland, indicating growth potential in neighboring markets and opportunities to pursue new industrial, multi-family, commercial, or tenant improvement projects in these regions.

Mid Market Focus With 51-200 employees and annual revenue estimated between 25M and 50M, Sierra sits in a mid-market niche suitable for targeted contract opportunities, partnerships, and collaboration on larger projects that require scalable teams and proven sitework and concrete capabilities.

Concrete Expertise Sierra highlights strong performance in concrete and creative sitework approaches, suggesting a competitive edge for bidders on heavy construction, industrial facilities, and multi-use developments where specialized concrete solutions or complex sitework can differentiate proposals.

Longstanding Presence Founded in 1986 and awarded at industry events (e.g., 2015 Golden Nugget Grand Award), Sierra demonstrates established credibility and track record that can be leveraged in proposal conversations with owners, developers, and design-build teams seeking proven performers.

Technology Enablement Adoption of tools like Bluebeam, WordPress, Microsoft 365, and other modern workflow tech indicates readiness for digital collaboration, BIM/estimating integrations, and efficient communications—potential value add in digital project management and streamlined subcontractor coordination.
