Side by Side is a interdenominational ministry that supports the local church. We help churches to provide high quality, dynamic, and transformational youth ministry programs and events. We partner with churches to plan for long term ministry success through a vision building process and by providing a youth ministry department to several churches. We are unique in our approach to ministry and to being dedicated to supporting both churches and youth ministers/youth pastors for the long term. Youth Ministry at Side by Side is done in a very collaborative environment. We partner with churches to provide excellent Youth Ministry visioning, training, programming, and staffing that is specific to each churches needs. The staff of Side by Side all work out of the same offices so that we can work on Youth Ministry programming together. This helps us to sharpen each other, work more efficiently, and helps to prevent burnout of Youth Ministers. Side by Side provides staffing for churches, retreats, mission trips, leadership training, vision building, and consulting. We have a vast amount of experience in Youth Ministry and want to help the local church succeed in reaching out to young people.
