At Sherwood Industries Inc., we specialize in custom thermoplastic sheet and profile extrusion for die cutters, converters, and manufacturers across a wide range of industries. We are proud to be both ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified. Sheet Extrusion We extrude a variety of materials including TPE's, TPO's, SEBS and more. We can extrude sheet from 0.020” to 0.250” thick and between 6” to 36” wide. Our extruded sheet can be wound onto 3″ or 6″ PVC cores. With four patterns, color matching capabilities, adhesive backed and PSA ready sheet, we can provide you with customized products for your unique applications. Profile Extrusion We produce custom profiles for industrial use including seals, gaskets, trim, protective edging, and wire or cable channels. Profiles are custom made to your requirements and are delivered cut-to-length or in rolls. Santoprene Our most popular extruded products are made from Santoprene™ Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) from Celanese. This is a high-performance blend of EPDM and PP that provides consistent performance across automotive, industrial, medical and consumer applications. Santoprene TPV grades meet a range of standards including FDA compliance, NSF certification, UL flame retardancy, UV resistance, automotive grades, and medical grades. Recycled Rubber Sheet We produce recycled rubber sheet as a sustainable, cost-effective solution for industrial applications. These sheets are flexible, durable, and ideal for eco-conscious manufacturers.
