Sherpa Capital Group LLC ("Sherpa") manages a private capital fund that specializes in originating bridge and hard money loans secured by commercial and non-owner occupied real estate.  Sherpa was founded in 2010 to take advantage of the lack of credit in the real estate industry.  Sherpa was founded by Principals with over 35 years of experience in the real estate lending industry.  The firm was founded on the basis of providing innovative lending solutions, structured and transparent product offerings, exceptional service and true direct lending capability.  It is the mission of Sherpa to be a trusted direct lender, offering defined and concise funding parameters you can rely on for your real estate funding needs.  

Sherpa Capital Group LLC is not a broker, rather a direct lender with it's own proprietary capital.  All credit decisions and servicing administrations are performed in house by the firm's principals.  We utilize an entrepreneurial approach coupled with an emphasis on execution.
